Hope 4 You (H4Y) has a mission to offer access to services, recovery-oriented care, and personal and professional development to individuals seeking to improve their mental health and those who desire to support others who are struggling with behavioral health challenges.
Convenient Access
H4Y strives to make accessing services as efficient and convenient as possible. Individuals and stakeholders seeking to get connected with H4Y’s services can access our service in a number of convenient ways.
Confidential phone call or text. Simply call 202-257-6632 to speak with someone about getting connected with our services. In a time where voicemails appear to be a thing of the past, we check voicemail messages and return them within 48 hours. If you are uncomfortable initially calling to speak with someone or leaving a voicemail, feel free to send a text to 202-257-6632 and someone from our team will respond in kind to answer any questions, and if interested, explain our intake process to get you connected with our services.
If for any reason, H4Y is not able to meet your needs, we will offer recommendations for another agency or therapist. You can also use one of these RECOMMENDED ONLINE REGISTRIES to locate a provider.

Recovery Oriented Services
H4Y offers individual, psychotherapy through a variety of treatment specialties. Regardless of the treatment specialty, all services are trauma-informed and person-centered.. We believe in meeting the you where you are in your mental health journey and respect each person’s readiness and motivation to live achieve their personal hopes and dreams. Services are offered either virtually and confidential and provate.
Personal & Professional Development
H4Y also provides professional development opportunities such as consulting, in-service trainings, clinical technical assistance, student internships, and social work/counseling supervision toward advanced licensure. These professional development opportunities are geared toward, students, clinicians in practice, behavioral health organizations, churches, or any entity looking to further develop their understanding of behavioral health topics and professionial skills.
